#TimeToTalk Days falls on Feb 2nd (I didn't actually know this until just before I started filming this video so I like to think of it as a lovely coincidence)
I recently found three mini little apps that are really great at helping to control my anxiety during bad days, and keep me positive during the good days. This video is mainly aimed at anxiety sufferers only because I know for a fact they personally help me however I like to hope that some of these apps will help people with other kinds of mental health issues as well. They are recommended to be used alongside seeing a mental health professional, but you can use them alone.
Please remember you are not alone, and that there is always help out there, so please don't be afraid to seek it
