It's a bad offer. You give up more to be in this network vs a partnership with the parent company all because Simon Cowell's name is attached-but what does that actually get you? Absolutely nothing. His talent agency is notorious for locking people into long contracts and when was the last time anyone from his era of American Idol became a household name?

At your current size, I would not consider joining any networks. Build your subs and views first.
