The numbers don't add up.

So I am partnered with Fullscreen arcade (60/40), and have roughly 50k video views, yet only $33 dollars that they owe me. Basically less than 1000 views = $1 which is already bad. I did the math and at the 33 dollars that they owe, it works out to 49.8% to me and 50.2% of them, rev share... Yeah I signed a 60/40 deal. Thoughts, opinions are appreciated.

Not all of your views are going to be monetized, therefor you're not going to get paid for your 50k views in total, just the ones that were monetized.

What KGATV said, although that still sounds weird, I got a dollar more than you on 15k views and I'm not even partnered..
Also 60/40 split is pretty terrible, you could get better ^^

EDIT: You could also have really really bad CPM

Fullscreen haven't really had good reputation for high RPMs.

What is your monetization rate? If it's 50%, that puts you at a CPM of $4, which is low to average for a channel of your size.

Monetizeation rate? Not sure where i would find that assuming you mean how many adds acutually get paid for

Yeah it looks like your CPM is pretty low, otherwise you would've had more revenue.
