ehhh impossible, Okay this is what cpm and rpm is, let's talk about what is cpm, Let's say a random guy paid youtube 5 dollars for every 1000 views viewed for his ads... and that is 5 dollar cpm, Rpm is basically... Youtube received 5 cpm and take away 45 percent and pass 55 percent to your network, then your network take away another 55 percent from ur remaining, that's the money you going to take. you can never take cpm, if you do so meaning, youtube and ur network cannot earn. Rpm is the one you take away. simple CPM = The ads seller money they intend to pay, RPM = The money you actually earned and take back home. done. You can only take RPM. People in forums usually use CPM and expects you to do the calculation yourself.

My math suck and lazy to calculate, so a 5 - 6 cpm = 1 - 2 rpm, so you'll earn about 1 dollar plus.

Hey much better understanding this time bud. Much clearer bud appreciate it very much bud.
Obviously different YouTube Channels earn different RPM rite bud?

Yup it depends on the views you get from, if most of your views are from english country, then it'll most likely be high, If over 80 percent of your views are from none mobile views, most likely it'll be fine too. It really depends on the network you joined, I'm in fullscreen and I don't recommend them. They are a good network, very supportive, but when it comes to RPM, they are really bad.

Hey, sorry to hear Fullscreen are the paying out the best RPM. I know how you feel especially when you see most of the earnings are not coming to you. But you could have chosen another Network bud?

There are so many networks out there nowadays. A two year contract though is quite a long time...
I wanted to ask if anyone has experience of being partnered with TGN? I've been asked to join there network.

We are partnered with TGN and despite what a lot of people are saying its a really good network. It is under Broadband TV network. We havent had any trouble with.

It seems to me, its a secret that they won't reveal, in my experience, is either by luck or they did choose the ads. I heard from people mentioning "you can actually negotiate a minimum amount of cpm/rpm with fullscreen if you are big enough." I can't since I'm small, I asked them multiple times and they all return me the same answer, something like "We believe we got the best cpm/rpm out there, but it all depends on the month." Which I think is not accurate. some of my views are from mobile (But that goes to almost everyone), but still most of my views are not from mobile and is 80% from united state. I asked over 6 partners of fullscreen, 4 of them got lesser views than me, the lowest one earn about 2 Rpm, Okay so you see that? we are in the same month but among all the 6 (including me) = 7, I earn the lowest. How can this be? we all are at the same month? I got more views than most of them. So why? My theory is, either they randomly give ads or they choose. If they like you they'll give you more? Or Its just random. But one thing I can confirm is, if you are big they'll give you better ads. That's about it.
Hello ClydeWk5,
You forgot more important things than % of Mobile views, - different $ is paid for different country visitors.

Ads for each country (and language) have different values because advertisers usually like to advertise in certain countries, not just place woldwide ads :)
and im sure this is what makes differnece the most.
p.s. part of mobile views are still monetizeable as i heard?
