TGN and Taxes

Hello everyone. While I was considering switching from TGN to Fullscreen, I was thinking through all my options, and taxation came to mind. When I signed with TGN in January, I can't remember if I filed a W-4 or not. I might have, but that was such a whirlwind time for me that I can't remember for sure. I've sent them a support request, but have yet to hear back.

Do you know if this was required as part of the sign up process, or is it possible that I'm partnered and don't have one on file?

From your experience, have you gone without one and found that taxes were still being withheld? I would assume so considering I found this information online:
"If you don't file Form W-4, your employer must withhold tax from your wages at the highest rate -- as though you're single with 0 allowances."

Basically, it sounds like I either did file one and am having taxes withheld, or I didn't and they are holding the maximum from my payouts.

Does that sound right to you all?
Thanks, Youngblood

Nevermind. I just contacted paypal and they stated that they don't even report revenue until it hits $20,000 per year.
I am not sure where you live, but in the US, you are required to pay taxes on any income above like 400 or 600 dollars per year. I believe TGN does make you sign the tax forms, and if they don't shame on them. You gotta be paying your taxes. :)

Your network is obligated to report how much they paid you, so just because you're below the paypal threshold, it doesn't mean that you're totally off the radar.
