Takedown Notices Beyond Youtube

I realise that this may be off topic but I can find no other place to locate this information. I have searched Google and came up with a blank.

Somebody has taken a video that belongs to me and used it on LiveLeaks. I have to say that platform is the seediest, ugliest and nastiest video platform in existence. And just as I would expect from LiveLeaks, there is not a single page on their website that gives people the option of issuing Takedown Notices.

Could anyone point me in the right direction please?

You can file a DMCA with Google' to have the page that your video is on removed from the organic search results. It does not remove the video from the website, but at least they get no benefit from it in the search results:
