So this is basically my current set up for producing my metal covers:

MacBook Pro 2008
Echo AudioFire 4 (Audio interface)
M-Audio Oxygen 8 (MIDI keyboard)
ESP Horizon II Left Handed
Cort X-2 Left Handed
Fostex T-5 (Headphones)

And basically that's it, the videos I record them with a Gopro 3 Black Edition+
