Tags problem and seo

Ehi guys for these 3 or 2 videos, i started to commentary on english and adding subtitles in italian, but my video translated, isnt indexed in italian tags, like i serch sharebound gameplay ita, i added this tag on my video, but if i serch this tag on youtube, i can t find my video wtf. i loose a lot of views cause of this trouble
