just noticed that the "play only on monetized platforms" button isnt there? when did that change?

Under 'Advanced settings' if you're with a network.

yes it looks just like that, see how the button is a lighter color? its not clickable its stuck on everywhere, now it doesnt really matter but i was wondering why its not changeable anymore

Oh I see. You must have to pick what you want before you click save when uploading it? Must of changed with the minor edits to Claiming/Monetization a week or two ago.
