Subtitle editor problems

For some reason the subtitle function within Youtube is not working so well anymore

It is not possible anymore to drag the box to the right side to make it longer
Also, when I press the Timecode on the boxes on the left of the video it does not jump anymore to that particular subtitle box.

A week ago this was working fine, do you know what's going on?

that feature is extremely old, and youtube is currently updating it's site to a new layout. it's probably been unplugged by accident.

Hi, I'm having the same problems but I can't find any solution on the Internet. Are there any news regarding this issue? Any ideas on how this problem can be fixed?
