Subs are missing

Hey can anyone explain me please one thing. I am a new youtuber and how the sub system count works. I just had like 170 subs and in 1 min instantly i lost 15 subs, how ever on chanel analytics the number shows 200 subs. Why there is such a big difference? And why on my main page is other number then in analytics?

YouTube recently had a clear out of spam subs. Plus they are always clearing out closed accounts etc.
Personally I wouldnt worry about your sub count. Just concentrate on creating and uploading great content and the views will come.

YouTube are continually adjusting sub counts (and view counts.)

The only advice is to concentrate on making good content and not getting too attached to the short-term fluctuations in numbers.

Hi guys!

Just curious, but I’ve noticed that my views are getting deleted.. I had 800-and something before christmas, and yesterday I had 625. Today I have 610 views in total.

Is there a bug, something Ive done wrong or do YouTube delete views??

Probably they are fixing something, if you go to Studio Beta Analytics you will see this message:

Data for views is not correctly tracked between December 19, 2018 and December 20, 2018.
