Streaming to YouTube/Twitch

Hi I'm looking for some advice on my gaming PC specs for streaming and have the avermedia live gamer HD 2 to capture my Nintendo switch for live/gameplay, my Internet connection speed is 50mbps(DL)/20mbps(UP) 35ms ping speed, video graphics be ok sometimes but the audio have like a cracking sound whenever I'm trying to live stream and using OBS to stream
