Started a month ago, 200 subs and 7000 views

I'm really happy about reaching 200 subs, when I started I didn't expect anyone to watch my videos, but I've grown so fast! YouTube is awesome!

Yeah its different for everyone. I had some experience before and my niche is a lot easier to get attention.

Good for you! I just hit 100 subscribers and 2000 views last week, since I've been uploading since January. But I think it's harder for vloggers because people have to like our faces/personalities... and I'm a d**k.
