I haven't received any emails like this thankfully. But these scammers are sure out to try to trick you. I hope you didn't give them your information.

Since my last post, I've probably had 10 more attempts to hijack my channel.
Most like the first one, but got a new one today, now I have deleted my email address on the channel

Yeah, don't click on any of those links. Don't even click on the "unsubscribe" links if there are any because they will be spammy too.

its a scam, I got a similar one the other day



look at the e-mail address its sent from same story with the one you got, no way youtube is using these e-mail addresses for official e-mails. im sure its a scam. I wouldn't click the link but I would assume if you do it probably takes you to a fake page and asks you to log in. and they steel your login info.
