Sony Vegas 13.0 Pixelation Problem

As the title suggests, I've been having some trouble rendering my videos via Sony Vegas. If you take a look at my videos, they don't look clear at all. Everything is pixelated and hard to see. I render at 1080p 60fps at the highest settings possible. Anyone got a fix to this?

My specs (brief):
- i5 4690
- GTX 970
- 8GB ram
- DDR3

Are you turning off resampling when adding clips into Vegas?

What if you change it from 59.94 to 60FPS and also turn off resamling (if you haven't already done that)?

Yep, resampling is always disabled when I render.
