Sony Vegas 11 Animation Reset to None

Hey everyone, I am having bit of trouble in Sony Vegas 11, I am trying to animate a few effects on a specific section of a clip on the timeline, in older versions of Sony Vegas you could choose reset to none from the drop down whilst animating the effect and that would allow you to start the animation at a specific point on the clip, in Sony Vegas 11 I cannot find that anywhere, how can I animate an effect from a specific point within the clip? I know this is probably easy but I am just not getting it at all.

Any help would be really appreciate as I need this done quite quick too.
