Some of my videos were used in what looks like a TV show

I'm a youtube Partner with millions of views. I finally clicked on the "copyright" button in studio, and I found a bunch of videos that youtube has detected as copies of mine. They're all exact reuploads except for one that looks like it was aired on TV as a show, and it's using 3 of my videos. I used translator to detect the language and it shows that it's from the other side of the world. What are my options, if any?

For the YouTube side of it, you can use the copyright tool to issue a take down notice. That will get them removed from YouTube.
As for them being on TV? You would need to talk to a good lawyer... being international... would probably add a huge layer of complexity to it.

I found out it's a University educational video.
