solution to this problem "The server has rejected the file"

Hey, when i upload a video on my youtube channel it give me this "The server has rejected the file" the problem is not in my computer or the browser i think the problem is just in my channel, cause i have another channel and i tried to upload the same video in the same browser and it's work. so i hope someone will help me here. thanks
