Software to record skype calls? (Not pamela)

I interview veterans and military personnel in my videos but I've encountered a bit of a problem. I've tried using pamela to record my skype calls however I've had problems. In my first interview it only recorded the audio and in the second interview at first it recorded the video but sort of refused to stop recording, so I had to close. Does anyone know of any other free softwares that do this sort of thing. I interviewed a vet and it didn't work so have to redo the interview (he doesn't mind since he is a friend).

when i do interviews i use a program called Dxtory set to only record audio.

in addition i open some program like minecraft so the audio recorder records minecraft but the audio output is skype.

I use Dxtory too but is there a way to activate it to record video on Skype itself. Or does it just do that with java based platforms?
