Software To Create Good YouTube Video Thumbnails?

Yeah.... So as the title says, I don't really have good youtube thumbnails. Does anyone know a good software that will enable me to create good thumbnails with words and animations on it like how skydoesminecraft does it and minecraftfinest does as well?

Photoshop is what I use for mine, go check them out and you can see what you can do

Photoshop would be the best choice, when you learn how to manipulate it you could make great thumbnails with it! You could try out GIMP if you're looking for a freeware editor.

Paint.NET if you want a free alternative and can't get Photoshop. The GIMP is also good, but has a very steep learning curve.

Photoshop is the best, and it really isn't hard to make thumbnails on it! Just search a Thumbnail tutorial up on YouTube!
