software to create animated diagram

How to create such diagramms that move? Maybe there is somekind of software for that, because i dont think it was made with excel or something. Thanks

You'll have to look into animation software like Adobe After Effects. These softwares can be expensive with quite a learning curve, but quite necessary you want to learn how to make your own diagrams.

You can try to create an animation with office (power point) and save/export it as a video : Turn your presentation into a video
You can also try to use another advanced free alternative software to AAE which is BMD Fusion.
