Should i start Monetize Videos or wait a bit more?

i have now 10k views and only 12 subscribers should i wait a bit more till i got +100 subs ? or i should already start

I was wondering about this too- I have a few more subs than that but I always wondered when to do it. I'm not trying to make money, but I have heard it helps with views so I'm not sure.

Always monetize right away. Ultimately you only want an audience that is tolerant of ads. If you plan on making money off this some day, there's no point building an audience that won't tolerate ads

Start as you mean to go on. If you build a subscriber base and then monetise you risk alienating some subscribers. People that subscribe to a channel that is already monetised will not be in for any surprises later on.
