Seeking Peer Review

I understand how to market. I understand how to format the channel. I understand buzz words and ban words. What I need is honest feedback of why you would NOT want to watch my channel (aside from no interest in the general content).

I hit the 100+ subs and my view counts are nice and steady... but they have plateaued on the last two videos and I do not know why.

So I guess this is a channel review request. Branding/Logo/Format
