Scrolling News Bar

For my next video I need to have news text scrolling in the blue bar in the image below. I need the words to disappear when they get to the word "Headlines".


Could anyone explain how to do it? Or link me to a video on how to do it?

I don't animate them, I create individual slides for each sentence that is spoken (Paragraph and/or sentence). I wish I knew how to flash animate.

i know how to do it as a annotation but not as a scrolling side to side option. if you need to know for annotations you can watch this tutorial i do

OHHHH!!! You guys make me feel like a youtube Guru!!! This is soooooo simple and easy to do.
You have 2 options!
1) You ca do it with a video editing software such as, Adobe premire, final cut pro etc.
OR
2) Use the youtube creator tool (EASIEST SIMPLEST WAY EVER) I'll link the too incase you don't know how to find it... Nooooooob
