rules for top 10?

what are the rules of making a top 10
i kinda wanna make a top 10 of my favorite amvs

do i need to get everyone of the peoples permissions or can i just include there username and link to there account?

Generally you should get their permission, but if you give them credit (Be sure to annotate it so people know) they'll probably be fine with it.
