We got tired of all the one size fits all solutions in personal development. We were intrigued by personality theory, but it was too limiting... We didn't like being put in boxes, we didn't like being defined by our pitfalls, we didn't like unscientific personality tests with large margins of errors. That is why we decided to create Develop Your Element, a fresh take on Personality Theory that takes into account cutting edge studies and theories from top universities around the world but packaged in a simple fun and easy to digest way.

The most interesting thing about Develop Your Element is the concept called Regenerative Spaces. Depending on your personality or rather mix of personalities, there are different activities, different levels of stimulus that recharge your internal battery or drain your internal battery. For example, extroverts need more social stimulus and more physical movement and introverts need less social stimulus and less physical movement. Do note that shyness and introversion are two different concepts. Introversion is the need for less social stimulus and shyness is the fear of judgement. Even extroverts can be shy in some situations.
