Renders Problems

Alright so im on Planet renders and when I find the render I like I go to the page > download > new screen comes up > then i go to save it but the image saves as 0 bytes and I cannot open it.

What am I doing wrong? lol

yes i can but when i throw the render on gimp it like has a black background.. renders aren't supposed to have that right?

A lot of renders are like that when your throw them up on GIMP. I think for it to be a straight render with no background color it has be a .JPG file. Try using google to search for your render.

If you're having problems with Planetrenders or whatever, just use another website, like Deviantart, they also offer quite a number of renders depending on what you're looking for.
