Reached 150 subs in 3 days. What made the difference

I've reached 150 subs in 3 days. That's quite incredible considering that I started from 0. I think that what makes the biggest difference is the content. All the other things are marginal. You have to choose an interesting content. What do you think about it guys?

Thank you. Personally I think that the first 100 subs are the most difficult target. I got lucky because "a lot" of people shared a lot my videos.
