I was wondering:

- What size is a normal youtube page and a partnered youtube page?

- Once uploading do you click scrolling or fixed and what option for repeat e.g. no repeat and repeat horizontally?

i dont know about question number 1 but here my awnser to number 2:
it depends on what you want,
if you want the background to stay the same as the viewer scrolls down chose: no repeat.
And if you want the opposite chose repeat
As for repeat horizontally, i dont know, it did nothing for me lol

If you want a "banner" as a partner it is important that you must make it scrolling and not fixed. That's how most backgrounds are so I recommend that one.
