Question about uploading unreleased gameplay?

If I were to upload gameplay from a game not yet released to the public would youtube delete the video? ban my account? or nothing at all. Please let me know, thanks in advance,

all depends on the agreement with the developers, ask them if you can release the footage, if its stolen or hacked footage, then well its illegal, so expect at least a DMCA takedown request
