Question about pictures of celebrities

I want to make a video where I use pics of Little Richard and Nikki Minaj and then I do the voices for them. Can I use their pictures legally? If not how can I get around this?

Since they are public figures, you should be able to use their images, provided that you have permission from the photographer. Check Flickr advanced search or commons.wikimedia.org for images with a creative commons license.

Make sure you don't imply their endorsement of your message or use the images for defamatory content.

If you're using the images in a derogatory way then you may run into trouble because most celebrity photo's are either from photo agencies or copyrighted by the photographer unless it's from Instagram/Twitter. If it's not going to be used in a bad way then it should be fine as long as you credit the original source.
