Problems Joining RPM Network

That's correct about the Maker Central Dashboard.

We will claim your videos within a few days, but if you don't want to wait you can go through your video manager and manually claim them!

So being partnered allows me to monetize all the videos that got a 3rd party claim? (That I disputed, but will still take like a month for anything to happen with)

You won't be able to monetize any videos with third party claims.

My mistake! The change with the "Claim" and "Not claimed" tags made it confusing, considering how the third party claimed videos in the past were simply unable to be monetized. There was no such option for them, but since everything became "not claimed" instead, it looked as if that option was once again available. Until I tried turning it on and YouTube just said "You can't claim a third party content video".

Would have been less confusing if YouTube hadn't suddenly made it look as if I had the option everywhere.

Ooh, I understand! That does sound confusing. Glad you got it sorted out!

Hello,

I seem to be having a similar problem recently. I have been trying to sign up for months now, my original problem was this message "You do not seem to have a YouTube channel for this account".
Now when i enter my details it seems to simply refresh the page as if someone hit F5.

I have no copyright strikes on my channel etc.

I have put in a support ticket, in reply this was sent "Are you logged into the same email address that you use to log into your YouTube channel? Also, have you linked your channel to Google Plus? If so, try reapplying using another browser, and clearing your cache."

This didn't help resolve the situation.

Can someone help me please :D

Here's the tl;dr:

I've sent several applications, but apparently none are getting through properly. Help.
RPM is currently having problems with sending out their emails and their partners' YouTube accounts who are tied with Google+. Read this: http://yttalk.com/threads/attn-everyone-who-has-been-waiting-for-an-email-from-rpm-network.84465/[DOUBLEPOST=1378562460,1378562382][/DOUBLEPOST]Ah, oops! Didn't realize the problem was resolved already, lol. My bad. :D[DOUBLEPOST=1378562505][/DOUBLEPOST]

If you have more than one YouTube account tied to your email account, try switching to your other account?

Yes, the problem has been fixed, but even so, I don't have my youtube account tied to any Google+. :p

Hello,

I only have one YouTube channel associated with the account i am trying to apply with.
When you authenticate (log in) with Google, you will most likely see multiple accounts in the right hand corner from which you select an account - make sure you are selecting the correct account that manages your channel.

You also might consider setting a custom URL for your YouTube channel, it looks like you are still using an autogenerated URL
