Problems Joining RPM Network

This is getting quite frustrating. I have for almost three weeks attempted to join the RPM Network, but I keep being met with problems which results in my application never going through.

I already went over this on another part of the forum, but this time I'm so ANNOYED that I went all the way of creating a completely new thread! You don't want to see me on the next stage of irritation. I might start misspelling words like "pls" and similar things. I swear, I'll do it!

For the sake of completion, I'll post all of my tale here, in hopes of recieving help.

A bit over a month ago I started making Let's Plays. It was fun. Something to do, and maybe if it went well enough, something could be made out of it. Then, at the very start of this month, the 2nd, the Yogscast posted a Yognews in which they told that you could apply to this RPM Network, and if lucky, the Yogscast themselves would shoutcast you once applied. Eager to join a Network, never having thought about it before, I applied happily.

The following Monday, the 5th, I recieved a reply. "Wow!" I thought. "That went fast. It's only been two business days, or one and a half from their point of view, time zones and all."

However, this reply was a rejection, stating that I had copyrighted material which could prove a problem. Most likely the couple of year old gameplay videos I had without commentary. I'd more or less stopped caring about them and hadn't realized they could cause a problem due to their age. I removed them to be sure.

The same mail consisted out of one line saying I was rejected, ending in this: "For additional details please contact support@rpmnetwork.com."

At this point, wanting to know what went wrong, I sent a mail asking for additional details, and having some questions of myself.

I recieved a mail saying "Thanks for contacting RPM support! blabla We'll respond within 24-48 hours."

"Okay." I thought. "That seems quick enough, seeing as it's monday and all."

After having fixed the problem by myself, at that point having figured it out, I applied once more. This was two days later, on the 7th.

At this point I was still patient. I hadn't had any problems with RPM so far... so I waited.

(Turns out that the auto-responder wasn't working any longer by the time I sent the first e-mail, and the support ticket system was in place at that point... *sigh*. No matter at this point, though.)

For a week. Then I tried to reach out to the support at the new support ticket system, however, after never getting a "confirmation letter" that the site claims I should have gotten, I tried to contact people at this forum as well. This was the 14th.

A day later a support here replied to me. Yay! I finally started getting some help. Turns out that after getting a rejection, you need to wait 7 days before reapplying again, assuming you've fixed the cause of rejection in the first place. Except I didn't know this. Support never got back to me and it didn't say such a thing in the rejection letter.

So, knowing this, I tried applying again, seeing as it had been well over a week after my first rejection. (I got rejected the 5th, this was the 15th, seeing as my application on the 7th apparently never even got to them, I assumed it wouldn't cause any problems seeing as I was still under the 7 day-wait-thing).

I even got this fancy confirmation letter, it seemed different from the first time, oh well. It had a copy of the agreement and everything, and said "If we don't get back to you within 2-3 days, please open a support ticket."

So that was Thursday, the 15th, so yesterday, Tuesday, was officially 3 business days. So I opened a support ticket, hoping maybe it was just going a bit slow, and, maybe because of all my previous problems, my application got be sped through the system. Yeah?

Today I got a reply from support.

"Hello,

Thanks for your interest in RPM! Unfortunately, the system is showing that you were removed from the partnership process on 8/5/13 because you have copyrighted content in your channel. Unfortunately, we cannot partner channels with copyrighted material -- please refer to our copyright guidelines below and please remove/replace all the copyrighted content to comply with the guidelines and you can reapply in 7 days."

But... that was the first rejection letter... the FIRST one. Over two weeks ago. I've applied three times ever since! Yes, three. I even applied a short while ago, before writing this letter, because apparently nothing I do at this point seems to go through. That totals 4 applications, 1 which has resulted in a proper reply.

Not knowing what went wrong, seeing as I had waited well over a week from the previous attempt of applying, I responded to the support mail, stating all of this information and such, even copying the confirmation letter I'd gotten with the date the 15th. If the systems says I got rejected 8/5/13, but I got a confirmation letter the 8/15/13 saying that my application went through... what am I supposed to do?

Problem is, I'm not getting any replies from this support now. Am I wrong to assume that the support mail is something you can reply to directly without going through the system once they have contacted you? Because it doesn't include one of those "You cannot reply to this message" notes at the end.

So... can I PLEASE get some HELP with my APPLICATION? I swear if I don't I'll have to resort to stupid abbreviations!

Like, getting to know if it actually makes it through properly? And possibly, at this stage, having it put in priority at least.

THANK YOU.

PS. No ill intention meant with those bold/caps words. Just wanted to make them stand out for POWER.

Edit: At this point I've also created a new support ticket linking back to this thread, as well as a twitter post replying to one of those "Check out our new support system if you need help!".

Extra edit: I got a response from the new support ticket! It says the following

"Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about the delay and problems you're experiencing. You were rejected on 8/5/13. You have the ability to reapply since 7 days have passed. Try reapplying again.
Thanks,
RPM Support"

Yeah. Nope. Something's wrong.

ok can you shorten the story? I don't know if people are gonna want to read the whole thing :D

Here's the tl;dr:

I've sent several applications, but apparently none are getting through properly. Help.

I took a quick read and it's because you have copyrighted material on your channel, something that isn't yours, they can't partner people with copyright

I made it more clear with a quick edit now, but I had already said that that was fixed weeks ago, but I'm still unable to get my application through.

it'll be that you don't meet the requirements then, just need to grow a bit more

Then why haven't they replied telling me so? Furthermore, I've been told several times across many sites that the standard requirement for joining RPM is about 2500 views monthly. I'm at about 1000 views per day.

they are very busy people, they get 1000's of applications every day you can't expect them to always be able to reply quickly, I know it's frustrating but it's something that just happens :( some networks just don't reply at all

But why is then that I've gotten replies from the support team, telling me that the last thing on the system is me getting rejected weeks ago, when I've applied several times since then?

you should only apply to them once and wait for a reply, don't do it multiple times without any reply, it messes up their system and slows things down, not sure if you've done that but just something to mention. You can't help the wait though, one minute it's fast then the next it's slow
