Hey guys,

I did a quick search to see if this had been asked... and google has given me no help, so I'd thought I'd ask.

Is anyone using Premiere Pro CC 2018 and importing AVCHD files but get no sound track? I've done this before with no issues, but now its not working.. I've tried clearing caches and a few other things, no luck.

Yea, I think the mp4 conversion is causing video fuzziness...

That being said.. I think it may actually be an issue with the SD Card reader on my new laptop dock... I had 2 files, both an Mp4 and an MTS file that I pulled off the card directly, and both had issues.. when I pulled the MP4 direct off the camera, it worked fine... also imported an older MTS file not pulled from the dock and it was fine.. so I think its just file issues... hrm

Maybe you can try a (free) codec pack downloading and installing before starting conversions... :p
Shark codecs and k-lite ones are the most popular I think.
