Can i post movie trailers on my channel as long as I give the credit in the description?
What are the Rules?

Do you own the copyright for said trailer or was it provided by the movie studio to you for promotional purposes?

If not, then what could it hurt. You'd only lose 238 subs if your channel got shut down.

Just using it as a direct re-upload = Not Fair Use and if you try, most publishers will likely claim the video and it's revenue.
