Just started live streaming with YouTube live yesterday. The picture quality was pretty bad, but I can't find any way to edit my outgoing stream settings. NOTHING anywhere!? I'm shooting with a samsung galaxy 7. It was suggested to me that I lower the resolution so I'm not sending so much data out, which makes sense, but I can't find where I can control this. Can anyone assist?

I'm not similar with the settings on mobile streaming, but if you are streaming from one spot in your house and don't plan to go anywhere i'd recommend using your laptop or a webcam. A quality webcam should cost you around $60. I say this because on PC you can adjust the resolution and the bitrate changing the quality of the stream. Ofcourse the Stream isnt going to be crystal clear, so if its a bit pixel-like thats ok, its expected.
