Paying Teammates/Partners

So, weird question. Short story is I have a partner in my YouTube endeavors and we were planning on splitting the take from our monetized channel. Problem, I'm the only one on the Adsense. How does one go about splitting the take. Do you chalk up the cash you split as operational expenses (!Employee Salary) so to speak? Is there a way to get both people set up?

No rush, as we're not even covering operational expenses yet. But for the future, just so I know any advice would be awesome.

And to answer your question you will need to discuss with them regarding payment, if you wish to run as a business you will need to decide who gets what split and who how it's given, to my knowledge only 1 person can collect the Adsense once the money is given it's up to you what you do with it.
