Partnership Background

Hey guys I have recently became a partner and I am struggling to create a decent background. Any suggestions?

Well remember you should keep the graphics on your background to be closer to the center area so that screens with smaller resolutions can see them as well. But other than that your current background is pretty good! I don't really see a need to change it.
