Partnering with low requirements?

Does anybody know of a network that partners users strictly on content? Or maybe 750 - daily view requirements? I would like a partnership and am at 621 views per day and has been raising everyday for the last week. Thanks for any insight you might have.

Try http://fullscreen.net They are kinda known for partnering smaller channels like myself. But apparently there was some policy changes over there right after they recruited me...so I can't guarantee anything man. But hey its worth a shot.

Yeah, I heard that they changed their policy on partnering people, but they accepted me even though I only average around 600 views a day and only have around 150 subscribers. I guess they'll bend their policies if they like you.
