Request Partner Background (Gaming)

Hi everyone,

I recently got partnered on Youtube so im looking for a custom background with the top banner etc...

I'd like something simple for the background perhaps with some gaming related stuff (skyrim, Fallout, Max Payne etc...) and for the banner i would like a MH Gaming logo and twitter,facebook, website images so i can link them.It would also be great if i could get the psd file so i can add stuff as needed.
