So with a long discussion with Ellie, we have decided to go without the name VlogsCast and call ourselves Ewan & Ellie.

This just sounds nicer in my opinion, what do you think?

Sure why not, it's your channel and essentially your creative space so you should name it however you see fit. I mean, it's concise and it conveys a collaboration between two people so if that's what your going for then you have achieved it.
