One Channel averaging LESS subscribers?!

I doubt it has anything to do with the new layout because I have been gaining steadily if not more from the new layout. I take about 35-50 subscribers during the week and during the weekend up to 100. I honestly think that is it more user friendly then the older one because you have a brief overview of what you can put on your channel page. What I would like to see though with the new one channel layout is to be able to customize page color...seeing everything in white is somewhat boring..lol

Oh I meant to answer the question as well. I've seen a back and forth. It's crazy. I can't figure it out. One day I see 4 come in the next day 1 and then the next day 3. The only thing consistent is that it's at least 1 a day.
