old youtube display or a new youtube view

I was on a channel's home page and I couldn't see how to block them. There was a report option but no drop-down block option.

I personal don't like the new UI. It is very confusing as the sub count is under the name not the subscribe button. I think they are trying to make It look more like a mobile app with the empty layout.
