Not the drop down and channel link!

I have just logged in to YouTube there and the whole channel link drop down with all the other links, playlists etc are missing from where they usually show at the top. I really hope this isnt permanent:

Yeah I do hope so, it would be a right pain without it, as soon as it is gone I become quite frustrated. It appeared like this a couple of days ago but I didnt catch it as it changed back.
