Not sure if I should monetize my videos

I run a channel where I upload my own music. The videos are either recordings of me playing piano (I'm sure that's allowed) or digital music I've written, accompanied by a few pictures drawn by Japanese artists who have no idea that I've used it (and sometimes stuff drawn by friends and used with permission).

If I apply for partnership, can I be sure those videos won't be removed?

It's yours. The copyright belongs to you. :)
Anything that is made up and then written/saved/recorded is considered copyright automatically and you can monetize it :)
