How To Grow on YouTube? Make people care about YOU! It doesn't matter how long you've been on YouTube, it doesn't matter if you upload daily, it doesn't matter if you have 2000+ videos - If you don't give them a reason to remember you, if you don't give them a reason to CARE about YOU then you will NEVER grow in the long term!
