I definitely have experienced the same, with EdBassMaster he commented on one of my comments on his video and it all got thumbs up. It got me a few new subs.

Good going, thats something I think members here should do with the people they meet here, say you had a bunch of people thumbing your comment up you could get some decent extra exposure.
