Wait, what? It isn't copyright claimed, it's Content ID'ed? That's like saying, "He didn't drive here, he came here by car." Please don't give confusing information in this subforum. Companies use Content-ID to give copyright claims. They are the same thing.
Sam Plays: You don't need to remove the music because the copyright owner is letting you use it. If they didn't, they'd be taking the video down. A copyright claim lets you use their content while they make the money from it. To remove the claim is to say that you believe you have the right to use the music and make money off it, either because you own the content, you got permission, or the law lets you because of something like Fair Use. If none of those apply, then you wouldn't remove the claim.
