I don't show that feature. However, I do have a couple videos that were flagged as "not eligible for monetization". One got flagged recently and I suspect because I had the word "death" in the title. It was a video honoring a race car driver who was killed a couple years ago.

It's odd because I didn't even have the video monetized. I'm not interested in profiting from somebody's death.
