Network for really new channel ?

I'm new to youtube and i hate google adsense.
But when first begin monetization, there's no network that accept new channel
So do anyone know any network accept new channel ?
Even revenure share is low, please tell me the network and the requirement

in my country, adsense almost does'nt pay for youtube earning, just network do

That does not make any sense because most networks don't have their own Ad sales teams so they serve the same exact ads as google adsense. Also, in most cases, additional revenue from ad sales teams is previously negotiated and agreed upon.

I don't know why but i just receive payment when i join network, in adsense, income is always 2$ or 3$, but in network, it's about 1500$

Oh, I think I know what is going on. Unfortunately, I can't really recommend you a decent network but I think someone else will be able to help you out.
